Within just a year at TED Experience I broke the record for the most deals closed in a single day with 18 deals closed over the previous 13. Determination, hard work and talent pays off. However, I have to thank my team for this, because without their support it would not have been possbile.
Building relationships is vital within a sales role. To be successful, picking up the phone and making calls is not enough. I like building face-to-face relationships with customers and business owners. This is crutial in maintaining stability within the market.
What motivates me when working more than closing deals is being part of a team and teaching others. At TED Experience I participated regularly in teaching Juniors and new starters. Due to that, I was able to contribute to my team's success and to my own.
